US president warns Iran: Time running out to avoid war with Israel

Published on: June 13, 2025 3:38 PM

US President Donald Trump urged Iran on Friday to make a deal over its nuclear program. He said there is still time to avoid further conflict with Israel. Trump warned that more brutal attacks are planned if peace talks fail. He urged both sides to choose diplomacy over violence.

The call came after Israel launched wide-ranging strikes targeting Iran’s nuclear and missile facilities. Israel said its operation aims to stop Tehran from building nuclear weapons. The strikes hit key military commanders and scientists involved in Iran’s nuclear program.

Trump posted on Truth Social, highlighting the “great death and destruction” caused so far. He urged an end to the ongoing violence before it escalates further. Trump stressed that Iran still has a chance to prevent more bloodshed by negotiating seriously.

The region remains highly unstable as both Iran and Israel prepare for possible retaliation. Trump’s message seeks to push Iran back to the negotiating table. Meanwhile, Israel continues its offensive to dismantle Iran’s nuclear capabilities and missile programs.

As tensions rise, many world leaders call for calm and dialogue. The international community watches closely, hoping diplomacy will prevent a wider war. The next days will be critical for the future of Middle East peace.
