A major focus remained the next phase of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor, with talks highlighting industrial expansion, blue economy development, and sustainable resource management. Officials stressed moving beyond infrastructure toward technology-driven and environmentally focused projects.

In addition, multiple agreements were signed between Pakistani and Chinese institutions, including memoranda of understanding in desalination, agricultural technology, tea production, machinery, animal vaccines, and medical technology. A joint investment agreement also aimed to encourage stronger private sector participation in high-value industries.
