DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif to Hold Key Press Conference in Peshawar Today

ISPR DG to hold important press conference today

RAWALPINDI: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry is set to hold an important press conference today (Friday).

According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the DG will address the media at 2:30 PM at the Corps Headquarters in Peshawar.

The briefing is expected to cover key developments related to the country’s security situation, ongoing counter-terrorism operations, and other pressing national defence matters.

Security analysts believe the conference may also touch upon the recent Orakzai operation, in which multiple terrorists linked to the Fitna al-Khawarij network were eliminated, and broader regional security dynamics.

This will be one of DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif’s most closely watched briefings amid heightened national security concerns.
