Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) issued a 10th non-bailable arrest warrant for Aleema Khan today.
The warrant is linked to the violent November 26 protest, where she allegedly incited PTI workers.
The court ordered her to appear on November 17, and the hearing was postponed until then.
Aleema Khan faces charges along with 11 others, including arson, obstructing government duties, and inciting violence.
During the hearing, most accused attended, but Aleema Khan was absent again, defying the court’s order.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah emphasized that repeated defiance would not be tolerated and law must prevail.

Her lawyer challenged the court’s jurisdiction, delaying proceedings in this high-profile political case.
The ATC also summoned five prosecution witnesses for the next hearing to strengthen the case.

Last month, the ATC formally framed charges against Aleema Khan and 10 other accused, confirming their alleged roles.
The case drew national attention due to her political connection as PTI founder Imran Khan’s sister.
Officials stressed that political status cannot protect anyone from facing legal consequences for criminal acts.
