A high-level delegation from Kuwait attended the session of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh today, where Speaker Provincial Assembly of Sindh Syed Awais Qadir Shah warmly welcomed the distinguished guests on behalf of the House, terming their presence an honour for the Assembly.

Following the session, the delegation, accompanied by Pakistan Peoples Party’s senior leader Chaudhry Manzoor, called on Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah at his office.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on parliamentary cooperation, bilateral relations, trade, educational linkages, and future prospects for institutional collaboration between the two sides.

The delegation expressed appreciation for the Speaker’s leadership, the discipline of the House, and the transparency of the parliamentary process. They stated that “the legislative standards and parliamentary practices of the Sindh Assembly hold a unique and exemplary position in the region. The effective leadership of Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah is truly commendable.”

On the occasion, the Speaker presented the guests with traditional Sindhi gifts, Ajrak and Sindhi Topi, along with the historic commemorative shield of the Sindh Assembly.
