Quetta: The Balochistan government has decided to tighten action against banned organizations operating from abroad. The move targets leaders, commanders, and members involved in terrorism. Officials aim to dismantle terrorist networks and strengthen provincial security.
Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti chaired a high-level meeting to approve strict and extraordinary measures against terrorist groups. Authorities presented evidence of foreign-based leaders coordinating with local facilitators. Call recordings, communication links, and other proof were discussed in detail.

The government announced that prosecution of cases against BLF, BLA, UBA, BRG, and Lashkar-e-Balochistan leaders will be expedited. Action will target both leadership and local facilitators. Authorities aim to break the operational networks effectively and swiftly.
In addition, federal ministries of Interior and Foreign Affairs were instructed to accelerate Interpol red notice actions. Coordination between provincial and federal agencies will ensure international follow-up against fugitive terrorists. This step strengthens cross-border counterterrorism efforts.
