Millie Bobby Brown misses ‘Stranger Things’ finale party

Published on: December 30, 2025 10:15 PM

Millie Bobby Brown, the star of Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things, missed the finale watch party in New York City due to a serious injury. The 21-year-old reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder after a fall, forcing her to skip multiple events.

Because of the injury, Brown could not attend the finale watch party at the Paris Theater, where her co-stars gathered to celebrate the end of the series. Insiders confirmed she was provided a private link to watch the finale simultaneously with the cast.

Earlier this month, she appeared in a pre-recorded message on Good Morning America, apologizing for missing a scheduled appearance with Noah Schnapp. Brown showed her arm in a sling, explaining that she still wanted to participate in any way she could.

absence was also notable at the Paley Center event, where fellow stars Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, Charlie Heaton, Maya Hawke, and Caleb McLaughlin attended without her. Fans expressed support and understanding for her situation online.

Despite missing these promotional events, Brown emphasized her commitment to the show and her fellow cast members, sharing messages and video greetings to celebrate the series’ conclusion. Her dedication remained evident despite the physical setback.

The actress is expected to recover fully and participate in upcoming media promotions once her shoulder heals. Fans continue to send well-wishes, highlighting her resilience and long-standing connection with the Stranger Things franchise.
