King Charles urges Swift action in documentary

Published on: January 2, 2026 10:15 PM

King Charles has issued an urgent plea for environmental action, reflecting on decades of struggle to restore harmony between humanity and nature in a new documentary trailer released on January 1.

The documentary, titled Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision, is a collaboration between The King’s Foundation and Prime, highlighting the monarch’s long-standing commitment to environmental preservation and sustainability.

In the trailer, the 77-year-old King admits, “I have dedicated much of my life to restoring harmony between humanity, nature, and the environment. Quite frankly, it has been an uphill struggle.”

He reminded viewers that humans are part of nature, saying, “We are nature ourselves, we are a part of it, not apart from it… We must put nature back at the heart of the equation.”

King Charles stressed the urgency of adopting harmony-focused practices, adding, “We need to follow Harmony if we’re going to ensure that this planet can support so many. It’s unlikely there’s anywhere else.”

The documentary is narrated by Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet, who explains, “The King’s Foundation is participating in a landmark documentary, chronicling His Majesty’s commitment to the concept of Harmony,” ahead of its February 6 release.
