Aamir Khan spotted kite flying at Arijit Singh’s home

Bollywood star Aamir Khan visited singer Arijit Singh’s residence in Jiaganj, West Bengal, days after Singh announced his retirement from playback singing, sparking excitement among fans and onlookers.

Aamir arrived in Kolkata on Sunday and travelled quietly by road to Arijit’s ancestral home, seemingly to avoid public attention, yet videos of him smiling and waving soon circulated widely on social media.

On Tuesday, more visuals emerged showing the actor flying a kite on the rooftop of Arijit’s house, while enthusiastic neighbours and fans gathered on nearby terraces to catch glimpses of the superstar.

The visit highlights the long-standing collaboration between the two artists, who have worked together on hit songs like Naina from Dangal and multiple tracks from Laal Singh Chaddha, delighting Bollywood music lovers.

Earlier, Arijit Singh announced his retirement after 15 successful years in the industry, stating he would no longer accept playback assignments, thanking fans for their unwavering support throughout his career.

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan continues preparations for his upcoming projects, including a superhero film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and a biopic on Dadasaheb Phalke helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, promising another remarkable year for the actor.
