Taking to Instagram, Mishi Khan shared videos and stories in which she raised questions about certain gestures made by Hania Aamir in her photographs. The posts quickly gained attention and fueled debate online.

In her Instagram posts, Mishi Khan shared several images of Hania Aamir in which the actress can be seen making a specific hand gesture. While the gesture is commonly interpreted in sign language as “I love you” and is frequently used by celebrities in photos, Mishi Khan claimed that the sign was linked to the “Illuminati” symbol and alleged that Hania had repeatedly posed in the same manner.
The allegations prompted mixed reactions from social media users. While some supported Mishi Khan’s viewpoint, a large number of users defended Hania Aamir, popularly known as the “Dimple Queen.”
One user questioned why senior women were targeting Hania, while another commented that Mishi Khan should learn sign language, stating that the gesture clearly meant “I love you.” Many fans expressed support for Hania Aamir and dismissed the allegations as baseless.
