A loss against Namibia would eliminate Pakistan, leaving the Netherlands with an outside chance to qualify if they beat India in Ahmedabad. Tariq emphasized that the team has analyzed and corrected the mistakes from the India match to avoid repeating them.

Pakistan were criticised for bowling first and then collapsing for 114 in 18 overs while chasing India’s 176-run target. Tariq acknowledged the disappointment of fans and vowed that the team will deliver a better performance in future India encounters.
The spinner dismissed rumours about dropping batting star Babar Azam and pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi after their poor performance against India. He highlighted their past match-winning contributions and confidence in the team’s ability to overcome Namibia.
