According to the officially announced results on Sunday, Charge Nurse Dua Akhtar clinched first position, while Charge Nurse Kishwar Siddique secured second position, bringing pride to LGH. The third position was secured by Charge Nurse Samaira Abdul Majeed from the Post Graduate College of Nursing, Lahore.

Expressing his delight over this remarkable achievement, Principal Ameer-ud-Din Medical College, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Farooq Afzal, congratulated the position holders, nursing faculty members and college administration. He stated that this success reflects the students’ dedication, the faculty’s effective mentorship and the institution’s commitment to maintaining high academic standards.

Prof. Farooq Afzal noted that nursing education and training at LGH has been ongoing since 1962 and its graduates were serving with distinction not only across Pakistan but also internationally in clinical, academic and community healthcare settings.
