Sui Northern Announces Eid Gas Supply Schedule Across Pakistan

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited has announced a special gas supply schedule for the Eid holidays to facilitate domestic consumers during the festival period. The company released the schedule ahead of Eid al-Adha as families prepare meals and host gatherings. Moreover, officials said the arrangement aims to reduce inconvenience during peak cooking hours.

According to the company spokesperson, gas supply on the first day of Eid will remain available from 5:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Furthermore, the extended timing is intended to support households managing Eid cooking and food preparation activities throughout the day. Therefore, consumers are expected to receive uninterrupted service during these hours.

The spokesperson also stated that gas supply on the second and third days of Eid will begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue until 11:00 p.m. In addition, the company said the schedule was designed after reviewing expected consumption patterns during the holiday period. Officials believe the adjusted timings will help meet increased domestic demand.

Eid al-Adha traditionally leads to higher gas consumption because families cook meat-based meals and host relatives and guests. Moreover, many households rely heavily on natural gas for preparing food during the festival. As a result, utility companies often introduce temporary supply schedules to manage system pressure effectively.

Consumers in several areas have previously raised concerns about low gas pressure and service interruptions during major holidays. Therefore, the announcement of a fixed Eid schedule aims to provide clarity and improve public convenience. In addition, authorities urged citizens to use gas responsibly to avoid unnecessary pressure on the system.

In conclusion, the Sui Northern Announces Eid Gas Supply Schedule Across Pakistan notice provides important information for households preparing for Eid celebrations. The company says the temporary arrangements are intended to ensure smoother gas availability during one of the busiest periods of the year.
