The world cup winner Antoine Griezman believes that he is already on top after his brilliant in the world cup.

Although the player agreed that he is not a goal scorer like Messi or Ronaldo but he believes that he is still on top because of his skills.

“There are different ways to look at football. It’s obvious that I’m different player to Cristiano, Messi, Neymar or Mbappe.

“I’m at the top but I can get better. I want to be the most complete I can be I’m not going to score 50 goals but I look up to help in attack and work for the team.”

And when asked whether he’s on level with Messi and Ronaldo. He said “Yes, I think so. But I know other players will emerge for sure. At that table, there are nice pictures I have, I enjoy it there, but I know that I can get better.”

He wasn’t pleased with the Ballon d’Or nominations. Talking about that he said “There is nothing to be done, this is FIFA award, and it’s a shame that no World Cup winner has been shortlisted. Our World Cup run was excellent and the likes of Mbappe, Varane, Kante or even myself deserve to be in Russia … However, that’s how Ballon d’Or is more prestigious and has more cachet, that’s my view, and I realize I have three months ahead to give my all and then we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.”
