COAS Gen Bajwa visits SSG Headquarters

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Saturday visited the Headquarters of Pakistan Army’s Special Services Group (SSG).

The COAS laid a floral wreath at monument of the martyrs. General Bajwa lauded the efforts and contributions of SSG officers, especially during counter terrorism operation throughout the country.

Major General Abid Rafique has been appointed as the first colonel commandant of SSG by the COAS.

General Bajwa appraised that SSG is one of the best special force of the world and this force has proved it with their sacrifices and blood.
