In a country full of poverty, discrimination and social injustice, the group that suffers the most are children. Even more so, child labour is a major issue in our country; despite the fact that it is banned from the efforts of thirteen year old Iqbal Masih – child labour still prevails.
The root of this problem goes to Pakistan’s economy and it’s leaders, and the growing rate of population. Not until these issues are tackled, there is little hope for the young, poor children that deserve a carefree childhood.
