Umer Sharif says he’s very much healthy

Stand-up comedian and actor Umer Sharif on Saturday has refuted news about him being ill and announced to do more stage shows.

In a video statement, the comedian said that someone had spread the news him being admitted to the hospital which is baseless as he is ready to re-perform in the dramas.

He further said that he will be performing in a theatre play on Eidul Fitr.

Earlier, Umer Sharif had advised Pakistani artists to take care of country’s dignity while performing in India.

Sharif said that soon Hyderabad and Karachi will become twin cities like Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The drama that will be presented in Karachi will also be held in Hyderabad, he added.

The comedian said that the traditions in interior Sindh are different that will be promoting the culture.
