Multan sultans and Peshawar zalmi set to clash in PSL match tonight

Published on: April 19, 2025 5:13 PM

The ninth match of PSL 10 will be played tonight between Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The game starts at 8:00 PM, and both teams are desperate for a win after back-to-back losses in the tournament.

Peshawar Zalmi sit at the bottom of the table after two heavy defeats. They were crushed by Quetta Gladiators by 80 runs and then by Islamabad United by 102 runs. Only Mohammad Haris stood out with 87 runs in their last match as the rest failed to deliver.

Multan Sultans also face pressure after losses to Karachi Kings and Islamabad United. Their bowlers gave away 202 runs in their last outing, and the batters couldn’t keep up with the chase. Rizwan and Usman Khan got starts but failed to push further.

Meanwhile, in the eighth match of PSL 10, Karachi Kings defeated Quetta Gladiators by 56 runs. Karachi scored 176/7, while Quetta only managed 119/9 in 20 overs, sealing an easy win for the Kings.
