Peshawar Zalmi choose to bat first against Multan Sultans in PSL 10 clash

Published on: April 19, 2025 9:42 PM

Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and decided to bat first against Multan Sultans in the PSL 10 match at Rawalpindi. This is the ninth game of the tournament, and both teams are still searching for their first win.

Multan Sultans, last season’s finalists, lost their first two games to Karachi Kings and Islamabad United. On the other hand, Zalmi also faced defeats in their opening matches against Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United.

Zalmi struggled while chasing targets in both matches, prompting them to choose batting first this time. They aim to bounce back with a stronger performance.

Multan’s lineup includes Mohammad Rizwan, Shai Hope, and Iftikhar Ahmed, while Zalmi are led by Babar Azam with Saim Ayub and Mohammad Haris in the top order. Fans hope for an exciting contest as both sides fight for their first victory.
