Gaurav Khanna wins trophy, ₹50 lakh in Bigg Boss 19 finale

MUMBAI – Gaurav Khanna has emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 19 after 15 weeks of intense competition. The grand finale, held on Sunday night, saw host Salman Khan announce Gaurav as the winner, awarding him the coveted trophy, a cash prize of ₹50 lakh, and a brand-new car.

The top five finalists included Gaurav Khanna, Farrhana Bhatt, Pranit More, Tanya Mittal, and Amaal Mallik. Gaurav outshone strong contenders, including first runner-up Farrhana Bhatt, with his calm, patient, and dignified approach, qualities frequently praised by Salman Khan throughout the season.

In his first statement after winning, Gaurav dedicated the victory to his fans and the everyday person. He said, “I believe truth and goodness always prevail. On a show like Bigg Boss, I wanted to show that you don’t need to hurl abuses, fight, or break things to be noticed.”

Gaurav’s wife, Akanksha Chamola, and close friend Mridul Tiwari were present at the finale, celebrating his big win alongside the audience. His victory was widely applauded on social media, with fans praising his composed and positive behavior throughout the show.

It is worth noting that Gaurav Khanna had previously won the Celebrity Master Chef 2025 trophy, taking home ₹20 lakh. He first rose to fame with his role in the popular TV drama serial Anupama, earning acclaim for his versatile acting skills. With Bigg Boss 19, Gaurav has further cemented his position as one of television’s most admired stars.
