In The Bluff, Chopra Jonas portrays Ercell “Bloody Mary” Bodden, a former pirate striving to leave behind a violent past and lead a peaceful life with her family in the Cayman Islands. The film’s tension escalates when her former captain, Connor (Urban), arrives seeking vengeance, forcing Ercell back into a deadly world of secrets, survival, and combat. The synopsis highlights her character’s lethal swordsmanship, strategic traps, and unwavering determination to protect her loved ones from Connor’s merciless crew.

Set against picturesque yet treacherous island backdrops, the film promises a mix of high-stakes action, suspense, and family drama, showcasing Chopra Jonas’s versatility as both an actress and producer.
