Iran launched more than 40 missiles at United States and Israeli targets during fresh military operations on Thursday. The strikes mark a sharp escalation in the ongoing Middle East conflict following recent US-Israeli bombings inside Iran. Regional security concerns have intensified as civilians, military forces, and international air travel face serious disruptions.
Iranian military officials said the attacks targeted American bases in Kuwait and Bahrain during the retaliatory operation. The military spokesperson stated that Iranian forces also shot down 10 drones belonging to the United States and Israel. Officials described the operation as a direct response to recent strikes carried out by the two allies.

Meanwhile, the Iranian spokesperson warned that any attempt to force regime change in Tehran could trigger severe retaliation. He said Iran might target Israel’s nuclear facilities if further aggression occurs. The warning raised concerns about a broader regional confrontation involving multiple countries.
At the same time, the Israeli military confirmed that Iran launched several rounds of missiles early Thursday. Air raid alerts sounded across multiple areas, while explosions were heard in Jerusalem. However, Israeli emergency service Magen David Adom reported no immediate casualties after the missile launches.
