Police in Okara have arrested a woman accused of killing her husband with the alleged help of three accomplices in the city’s Dhobi Bazaar area.

According to police officials, the incident took place in a residential neighborhood where the victim was allegedly murdered by his wife along with another woman and two male suspects. Investigators said the victim was reportedly strangled with a rope during the attack.
Authorities stated that the main suspect, identified as the victim’s second wife, has been taken into custody, while efforts are underway to arrest the remaining suspects allegedly involved in the killing.
Police confirmed that a murder case has been registered on the complaint of the deceased man’s son, Ali Haider. The case includes charges against all four accused named in the investigation.
Initial inquiries suggest that the suspects acted together in carrying out the crime, though police have not yet disclosed a possible motive behind the incident. Officials said further investigation is ongoing and statements from the accused are being recorded.
