FDA to auction plots on 22nd

The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) would arrange a public auction on Monday (June 22) in FDA Head Office for the sale of hundreds of residential and commercial plots,

as well as the plots of various sizes reserved for education, healthcare, and other public utility purposes in different private housing schemes.

The FDA spokesman said on Saturday that Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhary had approved the formation of a six-member Auction Committee to supervise and ensure the transparent conduct of the auction process.

He said that the committee would be headed by the Director Estate Management-I as Convener while its members would include the Deputy Director Estate Management-I, Deputy Director Finance, Deputy Director Town Planning-I, Deputy Director Town Planning-II, and Assistant Director Estate Management.

Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhary has directed that all process of the auction be conducted with complete transparency, discipline, and merit.

He emphasized that all necessary facilities should be provided to bidders so that they can participate in the auction process with full confidence.

Director Estate Management I Junaid Hasan Manj informed that all arrangements for the public auction have been finalized.

To create public awareness, informational flexes and streamers have been displayed at key locations across the city while brochures containing details of the plots have also been distributed.
