Sindh implementing uplift projects for public welfare: Memon

Sindh Senior Minister and Provincial Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit, Sharjeel Inam Memon, has said that the Sindh government is implementing historic development projects across the province under its vision of public welfare. Projects related to roads, transport, health, education, irrigation, energy, and urban infrastructure are being completed at a rapid pace in different districts. Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon met with various delegations in his office, listened to the grievances and concerns of citizens, and issued prompt directives for the resolution of their problems.

Speaking on the occasion, Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Sindh government’s priorities are the timely completion of projects, strict quality monitoring, and ensuring that people receive practical benefits. Special attention is being paid to improving infrastructure and urban development projects in all cities including Karachi. The revolutionary measures in the public transport sector in Karachi are aimed at providing safe, comfortable and modern travel facilities to the citizens. He said that the Sindh government has taken several steps to improve hospitals, provide modern medical facilities and provide free treatment to the public. In the field of education, various programs are underway to rehabilitate schools, improve educational standards and provide opportunities to the youth.

Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the main purpose of development is to make the lives of the people easier, the Sindh government is formulating a development policy keeping in mind the public needs, despite natural disasters, economic challenges and other difficulties, the Sindh government continued its development journey and did not back down from the mission of public service. He said that in the coming time, more major development projects will be completed in Sindh which will play an important role in economic, social and urban development.
