On the instructions of the Chief Minister of Sindh, public service continues through the CM House Public Complaint Cell. In this regard, Sindh Senior Minister and Provincial Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit, Sharjeel Inam Memon, visited the CM House Public Complaint Cell, where he listened to citizens’ complaints in person and also inquired about their issues over the phone.
While directing the relevant institutions to ensure the immediate redressal of complaints and take effective action, he said that the Chief Minister of Sindh has clearly instructed that every citizen’s complaint should be resolved on a priority basis. He said that serving the people is the primary objective of the Pakistan Peoples Party, and that no citizen would be left disappointed.
Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Chief Minister of Sindh wants the people’s problems to be resolved in a timely manner and has directed that every complaint be addressed effectively. He added that the CM House Public Complaint Cell has become an effective bridge between the people and the government. He said that, on the instructions of the Chief Minister of Sindh, ministers and public representatives visit the Public Complaint Cell on a rotational basis to listen to citizens’ complaints and ensure the resolution of their problems.
He directed the administration to provide immediate, transparent, and effective solutions to citizens’ issues. Sharjeel Inam Memon said that an effective system has been established at the CM House Public Complaint Cell for the redressal of public complaints, and that the implementation of the people-friendly policies of the Chief Minister of Sindh is being carried out under the guidance of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
