Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday met with President Awami National Party (ANP), Senator Aimal Wali Khan here at the Prime Minister’s Office. During the meeting, the two leaders discussed political matters and the security situation in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a PM Office news release said.
Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif lauded renowned scholar, author and columnist Dr Farooq Adil for his outstanding literary and intellectual contributions, particularly his efforts to promote closer cultural and people-to-people relations between Pakistan and Türkiye.
The prime minister expressed these views during a meeting with Dr Farooq Adil here at the Prime Minister’s Office, a PM Office news release said. Dr Farooq Adil presented his travelogue titled “Shakh-e-Zareen ke Dayen Bayen” (On Both Sides of the Golden Branch) to the prime minister.
Chairman National Rahmatul-lil-Alameen Wa Khatam an-Nabiyyin Authority Khursheed Ahmed Nadeem called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and discussed matters related to the mutual interests. During the meeting, Khursheed Ahmed Nadeem also presented the annual report of the National Rahmatul-lil-Alameen Wa Khatam an-Nabiyyin Authority to the prime minister.
