Saudi Arabia has introduced a new multiple-entry Umrah visa allowing pilgrims to visit the Kingdom several times within one year. The initiative aims to simplify pilgrimage travel and improve services under the Vision 2030 programme.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said the new visa remains valid for 365 days from issuance. It allows multiple entries with a combined stay of up to 90 days, subject to Saudi regulations.

Under the new system, pilgrims no longer need to apply for a separate visa for every Umrah visit. However, visitors must meet entry requirements and follow immigration procedures during each trip.
Meanwhile, pilgrims must purchase an approved service package through the Nusuk platform before every visit. They are also required to obtain an Umrah permit through the digital application before performing the pilgrimage.

The Nusuk platform enables international pilgrims to apply for visas, book services, and complete travel procedures online. Saudi authorities said the digital system aims to improve efficiency and provide a smoother pilgrimage experience.

According to the ministry, the visa will be deactivated after each departure from Saudi Arabia. It will become active again for future visits once visitors complete all required procedures. The visa cannot be used during the annual Hajj season.
The new policy is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and Pilgrim Experience Program. Authorities said the measure will increase flexibility for pilgrims while strengthening Saudi Arabia’s role as a global religious tourism destination.
