Interior Minister calls for unity to overcome national crisis

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has urged all political and religious groups to unite for the country’s stability. During a press conference in Karachi, he said Pakistan is facing serious challenges. He emphasized that the only way forward is through joint efforts and national unity. The event was held alongside Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and MQM-P leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui.

Governor Tessori spoke about growing security threats, especially from terrorism. He praised Naqvi’s leadership in dealing with these threats. Tessori noted that the interior minister is not only leading operations but also meeting key political and religious figures to build trust. He added that the interior minister’s dedication to peace and dialogue is commendable.

Naqvi highlighted MQM-P’s role in national progress and stressed the importance of working together. He said the country is at a turning point and cannot afford further division. According to him, political consensus and stability are necessary for long-term development. He promised that the government will keep working to bring people together.

Federal Minister for Education Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui welcomed Naqvi’s visit to Karachi. He said the city plays a major role in the country’s growth. Siddiqui also praised the armed forces for protecting democracy and peace. He stated that the interior minister’s support for national unity cannot be ignored.

Siddiqui further commended Governor Tessori for representing the federal government in Sindh effectively. He called the governor’s leadership a model for others. The press conference ended with a clear message: Pakistan needs unity, cooperation, and strong leadership to face its current crisis and ensure a better future.
