Security forces kill 30 terrorists in major KP operations

Published on: November 22, 2025 12:33 PM

Security forces, police, and the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) killed at least 30 terrorists across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. High-profile commanders were among those eliminated. Operations targeted militants in Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, and Bannu.

Officials said 13 Indian-sponsored terrorists were neutralized in intelligence-based raids. The operations aimed to dismantle networks of foreign-backed militants threatening regional stability. Forces acted under strict directives to eliminate anti-peace elements.

CTD and Peshawar Police killed 17 terrorists in Bannu, including three key commanders. Large quantities of arms and ammunition were recovered. Separate operations in Sherikhel, Nasr Khel, and Domail eliminated additional militants and arrested a facilitator.
