ISLAMABAD: The 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be played from March 26 to May 3, 2026, featuring an expanded eight-team tournament. The league will follow a revised two-phase format designed to fit all matches within a 39-day window.

In the first phase, all eight teams will play one match against every other team in a single-league format. This ensures that each team faces every other side once before moving on to the second stage of the tournament.
The second phase will adopt a Super Four-style format, dividing the eight teams into two groups of four. Each team will play three matches in this stage, resulting in a total of 12 matches, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the playoffs.

The playoffs will consist of four matches, including the final, to determine the PSL 2026 champion. Despite the expansion to eight teams, each side will play a minimum of 10 matches, maintaining consistency with previous editions of the league.
Matches will be hosted across Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, and, for the first time, Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad, marking its debut as a PSL venue. The league, which began in 2016 with five franchises and later expanded to six in 2018, will continue to grow with the inclusion of two new teams in its upcoming edition.
