The fast bowler picked up the injury while playing against Karachi Kings, raising concerns about his availability for the remainder of the tournament. According to a statement issued by the franchise, the team’s medical staff are closely monitoring his recovery and rehabilitation process.

The statement added that a possible return for Naseem could be expected towards the latter stages of the tournament, depending on his progress and fitness clearance. However, no definitive timeline has been provided, leaving his participation uncertain.

Team management expressed full support for the young pacer during his recovery period, emphasizing his importance to the squad. “His presence in the team is invaluable, and we are committed to ensuring he receives the best care and support,” the franchise said.

Naseem Shah has been a key player in the PSL, known for his pace and ability to deliver crucial breakthroughs. His absence is likely to impact the team’s bowling strength as the competition intensifies in its later stages.

Injuries have been a recurring challenge for fast bowlers due to the physical demands of the sport, and teams often manage player workloads carefully to avoid long-term setbacks. Fans and analysts alike will be hoping for a swift recovery for the talented bowler.
