During the meeting, commanders reviewed the country’s internal and external security environment, with a focus on maintaining operational momentum against militant networks. The forum resolved to continue intelligence-based operations aimed at dismantling terrorist infrastructure and limiting militant activity inside Pakistan.
Military officials expressed satisfaction over the armed forces’ operational preparedness and combat readiness, while also commending field formations for their role in ongoing security operations.
The conference noted what it described as the continued weakening of militant networks and support infrastructure through Operation Ghazb lil Haq. Participants also criticised the policies of the Afghan Taliban government, accusing it of providing safe havens to militant groups operating against Pakistan.
The forum rejected allegations that Pakistan had targeted civilians inside Afghanistan, calling such claims part of a disinformation campaign designed to deflect attention from internal issues.

The meeting additionally marked the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq, which military officials described as a symbol of national unity and collective resolve.
