MG strengthens dealers and after-sales network

Published on: May 7, 2026 4:52 AM

As Pakistan’s New Energy Vehicle (NEV) market continues to evolve, MG Motor Pakistan is strengthening its nationwide dealers and after-sales network to support growing customer demand and deliver a seamless ownership experience.

“The expansion reflects MG’s continued focus on building a complete ecosystem around electrified mobility, extending beyond product innovation to include reliable service infrastructure, trained technical support, and responsive customer engagement across major cities.” Said Amir Nazir, COO MG Motor Pakistan. MG’s state-of-the-art dealership network ensures consistent, high-quality service nationwide. Supported by skilled and highly trained staff, the network is designed to provide immediate technical support and minimize downtime for customers.

“As the NEV segment grows, the focus must shift from simply introducing vehicles to ensuring customers have access to dependable service and nationwide support,” said Jianqiang Shao, CEO of MG Motor Pakistan. “This expansion reflects our commitment to building long-term customer confidence and a strong ownership ecosystem in Pakistan.”

In addition to its physical network, MG maintains a highly responsive customer support system across social media and its call center, with customer satisfaction (CSI) levels exceeding 98%. The company also offers strong warranty support and competitively priced spare parts with nationwide availability (98% fill-rate), ensuring ease of ownership. This integrated approach, combining infrastructure, service, and engagement, aims to reduce ownership concerns and strengthen trust in the NEV category. Following the launch of the All-New MG HS Hybrid+ and Super Hybrid, MG continues to expand its footprint across product, production, and service infrastructure. As MG continues to scale its operations, the company remains committed to building a future-ready mobility ecosystem in Pakistan-focused on innovation, accessibility, and long-term reliability.
