The Department of Computer Science at University of Gujrat successfully organized its Final Year Project Exhibition on May 20, 2026, showcasing a wide range of innovative and industry-oriented projects developed by graduating students.

The exhibition was attended by the President of the Chamber of Commerce along with representatives from the university administration. Among the distinguished guests were Registrar Mr. Muhammad Naeem Butt, Director IT Services Mr. Zahid Raza, Director Media Dr. Muhammad Yousaf, and heads of various academic departments.

The displayed projects covered diverse fields including Artificial Intelligence, Web and Mobile Application Development, Internet of Things (IoT), and Data Science. Students presented live demonstrations of their work, reflecting strong technical skills, creativity, and practical problem-solving abilities.

Visitors and guests appreciated the quality of the projects and actively interacted with students during the exhibition. The event provided students with an opportunity to present their ideas before industry professionals and receive valuable feedback for future development.

A panel of external judges from the software industry evaluated the projects on the basis of innovation, technical implementation, and presentation quality. After detailed assessment, the top ten projects were shortlisted for the next round of competition.

The exhibition highlighted the department’s commitment to promoting innovation, research, and industry-academia collaboration while preparing students for professional challenges in the rapidly evolving technology sector.
