Qatar’s Amiri Diwan said the discussion also covered Pakistan’s diplomatic role in easing tensions. Doha reaffirmed its support for initiatives led by Pakistan’s leadership to encourage de-escalation. The statement described dialogue and cooperation as essential for regional peace and security.

Qatar has frequently played a mediation role in major regional conflicts and negotiations. The Gulf nation maintains close ties with the United States on security and diplomatic matters. Therefore, the latest conversation reflects continuing coordination between Washington and Doha on regional developments.
