Bushra Ansari reflects on struggles faced by some actresses

Bushra Ansari believes there's nothing wrong with a little extra 'support' as you age - Celebrity - Images

Veteran Pakistani actress and television host Bushra Ansari has spoken about the personal hardships faced by some women in the entertainment industry, claiming that several well-known actresses were abandoned by their fathers during childhood and later overcame significant challenges to achieve success.

In a recent vlog, Ansari discussed the experiences of certain actresses who, according to her, grew up without the support of their fathers and were raised by their mothers under difficult circumstances. While she did not mention any names, she said many talented and successful women in the industry had endured such hardships before establishing themselves professionally.

The senior actress explained that some of these women spent part of their childhood living with relatives alongside their mothers after being neglected or left behind by their fathers. Despite facing financial and emotional challenges, they worked hard to build successful careers and gain recognition in the entertainment industry.

Ansari expressed sympathy for children who grow up without parental support and questioned how some fathers could distance themselves from their families. She said she found it difficult to understand why a parent would stop caring for their children because of disagreements with a spouse.

According to the actress, many children continue to seek affection and attention from absent parents even after achieving success in life. She added that personal conflicts between adults should not affect a parent’s responsibility toward their children.

Without referring to any specific individuals, Ansari said several women who experienced such difficulties in childhood eventually established stable lives, with some going on to marry and start families of their own.

Her remarks have sparked discussion on social media about parental responsibilities, family relationships and the challenges many individuals face before achieving success. The comments also highlighted broader conversations about the emotional impact of parental absence on children and the resilience required to overcome difficult circumstances.

Ansari remains one of Pakistan’s most respected television personalities and is known for sharing candid views on social and family issues through interviews, television appearances and online content.
