FC soldier martyred near M-8 as militants target water bowser in Hoshab: ISPR

A Frontier Corps Balochistan soldier was martyred on Monday in an attack by militants on M-8 near Shapak, District Hoshab.

Sepoy Kifait Ullah, a resident of Sibi, embraced martyrdom when militants attacked a water bowser through a pressurized IED.

“Such cowardly acts by inimical elements, backed by hostile intelligence agencies (HIAs) cannot sabotage the hard-earned peace and prosperity in Balochistan,” stated the ISPR.

FC Balochistan launched an operation to arrest the terrorists involved in the attack.

“Security forces are determined to neutralise their nefarious designs even at the cost of blood and lives,” the ISPR added.

Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan on Monday strongly condemned the bomb blast took place near water tanker supplying clean water to Frontier Corps (FC) personnel at Check posts in Turbat area of the province.

In a statement, he said such cowardly attack could not weaken moral of nation and security forces saying the entire nation is united against complete eradication of terrorist activities.

The Chief Minister said the security forces have given tremendous sacrifices in the war of terror and we pay rich tribute to martyrs of security forces whose sacrifices will not be wasted in the country.

He said Balochistan government committed to curb terrorist activities from the province in order to ensure protection of public and security forces lives in the respective areas.

He also urged the authorities to arrest the culprits as soon as possible and bring them to justice.

He prayed that Allah Almighty to rest the martyred personnel soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.

Balochistan Minister for Home Ziaullah Langu on Monday strongly condemned the blast near water tanker supplying clean water to Frontier Corps (FC) personnel at established FC Check post beside Shahpak area of Balochistan.

In s statement, he also paid rich tribute to martyrs of security forces who had given sacrifices of their precious lives for protection of public lives and improving law and order situation in the areas.

He also prayed for forgiveness of martyr and extended his sympathies to bereaved family.
