UAE envoy meets Nawaz, Maryam to boost ties

United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador met Pakistan Muslim League (N) President Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore, aiming to strengthen cooperation between both nations. During the meeting, both sides agreed to take Pakistan-UAE relations to new heights through expanded collaboration in various fields.

Nawaz Sharif warmly welcomed the UAE envoy and praised the deep-rooted bond between the two countries. He said that the Pakistan-UAE relationship is not just diplomatic but one that lives in the hearts of the people. According to him, their bond has remained strong despite changing times and challenges.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz emphasized the importance of expanding partnership in education, research, and environmental protection. She appreciated the visa-free entry policy for official and diplomatic passport holders, calling it a commendable step toward closer bilateral relations.

Maryam further highlighted Punjab’s rapid development in key sectors such as education, health, infrastructure, and renewable energy. She noted that the province has now become a top choice for investors due to its business-friendly environment.

Moreover, the leaders expressed a mutual desire to explore new areas of collaboration that benefit both nations. They agreed that stronger ties would not only enhance economic growth but also promote cultural and social understanding.

In conclusion, the meeting reflected growing trust and shared goals between Pakistan and the UAE. As cooperation expands, both sides are hopeful for a future filled with progress, innovation, and strategic partnership.
