Dar, Egyptian FM Condemn Israeli Aggression

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty held a phone call to discuss recent regional developments. During the conversation, both leaders strongly condemned Israel’s unprovoked and illegal attacks on Qatar. They expressed serious concern over the situation and stressed the need for urgent international action.

Both ministers agreed that such attacks violate international law and threaten regional peace. They emphasized unity among Muslim nations and the importance of a joint diplomatic response. The leaders also called for accountability and immediate steps to prevent further aggression from Israel.

In addition, the two ministers reviewed preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The high-level session of foreign ministers is scheduled to take place in Doha on Sunday, September 14. They discussed the event’s agenda, expected outcomes, and coordination strategies.

They highlighted the importance of OIC in defending Muslim countries and promoting peace in the region. The ministers agreed that the platform should play an active role in responding to such crises. They also stressed the need for stronger diplomatic and humanitarian efforts.

This conversation reflects the shared position of Pakistan and Egypt on regional stability and Palestinian rights. Both nations reaffirmed their commitment to cooperation in multilateral forums. Their call signals growing unity within the Muslim world amid rising tensions in the Middle East.
