Mahira Khan reveals her three favourite co-stars

ISLAMABAD – Pakistani actress Mahira Khan is gearing up for the release of her highly anticipated film Neelofar, which premieres tomorrow, starring Fawad Khan opposite her. The movie has already generated excitement as the iconic Humsafar pair reunites after their blockbuster success in The Legend of Maula Jatt.

As part of the film’s promotional tour, Mahira has been making several media appearances and interviews, engaging with fans and answering their most asked questions. During one such interview, she revealed her three all-time favourite co-stars, drawing attention on social media.

When asked to name her favourites, Mahira smiled and listed Humayun Saeed, Fahad Mustafa, and Fawad Khan. Her choices resonated with fans given her strong professional history with all three actors.

Mahira and Humayun Saeed have previously collaborated in multiple hits, including the film Bin Roye, its television adaptation, and the 2025 romantic comedy Love Guru. Their on-screen chemistry has always been praised.

Her pairing with Fawad Khan remains one of the most iconic in Pakistani entertainment. The duo gained worldwide recognition after Humsafar in 2011 and continued their success with The Legend of Maula Jatt in 2022. They now reunite in Neelofar and Netflix’s first Pakistan-focused original series, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo.

Mahira has also worked with Fahad Mustafa in Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad (2022), a collaboration that received widespread acclaim. The two are confirmed to star together in a new romantic comedy under Big Bang Entertainment, with additional projects under discussion.

Interestingly, her list did not include fan-favourite Wahaj Ali, prompting chatter on social media. Fans remain hopeful that Mahira and Wahaj will share the screen in future projects.
