Pakistan vows decisive response to any territorial violation: Field Marshal

Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Asim Munir, warned that any violation of Pakistan’s territorial integrity will be met with a strong and decisive response. He highlighted ongoing propaganda and violence in Balochistan by Indian-sponsored proxies, emphasizing that such acts will not be tolerated.

Speaking at the 18th National Workshop on Balochistan, Field Marshal Munir said these proxies are attempting to disrupt development in the province. He stated that Pakistan’s security forces are committed to protecting citizens and will counter malicious attempts with strict action.

Field Marshal Munir underscored that the armed forces aim to rid the province of terrorism and unrest, stressing the strategic importance of Balochistan for Pakistan’s growth and stability. He praised the courage and patriotism of the local population and highlighted the role of civil society in exposing propaganda.

He called on political actors to reject personal agendas to ensure Balochistan’s long-term prosperity. The Field Marshal reiterated that Indian-backed elements spreading insecurity will face resolute action from Pakistan’s military.

The session concluded with a question-and-answer segment, where Field Marshal Munir addressed queries from participants, emphasizing the armed forces’ unwavering commitment to safeguarding the lives and property of citizens.
