Mr Afridi directed that all complaints received through the forum must be resolved within 14 days. He also ordered that a detailed compliance report be submitted after the deadline to ensure accountability.
The chief minister said the initiative follows the model of former prime minister Imran Khan’s Aap ka Wazir-i-Azam Aap Kay Saath. Its purpose, he added, is to promote transparency and provide citizens with a direct channel to raise issues without bureaucratic hurdles.
Addressing education-related complaints, Mr Afridi ordered strict enforcement of the student-teacher ratio policy. He reiterated that the provincial standard of one teacher for every 40 students must be implemented without exception.
He also took notice of complaints about missing facilities and staff absenteeism in schools. The chief minister noted that funds for missing facilities had already been approved by the provincial cabinet and must be utilised promptly.
