PSL 11 draft confirmed: January 30 showdown

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11 draft is likely to be held on January 30, according to sources. The draft will take place during a one-day break in the Pakistan-Australia T20 series. PSL management has reportedly started planning and finalizing all arrangements for the event.

Eight franchise teams, including Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Islamabad United, and Multan Sultans, will participate in the draft. The two new teams from Sialkot and Hyderabad will join the league for the first time. Officials say all franchise owners, coaches, and representatives are expected to attend the draft in person.

PSL management has been working to resolve pending issues before the draft. They plan to announce the official venue and date soon. Sources emphasized that preparations aim to ensure a smooth and organized selection process for all franchises.

Fans in Sialkot and Hyderabad are reportedly excited about their teams’ inclusion. The PSL 11 draft is expected to attract attention nationwide, with teams seeking top players for the upcoming season. The addition of two new franchises increases the league’s competitive edge and commercial value.
