A magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck Khuzdar district in Balochistan on Friday morning, causing brief panic among residents who rushed out of their homes after feeling the tremors. Local administration officials confirmed that no casualties or major damage were reported from any part of the district. Authorities said the situation remained normal and there was no immediate need for emergency measures. According to the seismological centre in Islamabad, the earthquake was recorded at a depth of 12 kilometres, with its epicentre located about 18 kilometres north of Khuzdar.
