Iran Army Chief issues stern warning to Israel, US

Published on: January 31, 2026 4:45 PM

Iran’s Army Chief Amir Hatami warned the United States and Israel against any military misstep. He said such action could threaten regional security. Hatami stressed that Iran’s armed forces are fully alert and ready to respond.

He stated that any attack on Iran would endanger not only the attacker but the entire Middle East. “The security of the region is at risk if enemies make a wrong move,” Hatami said. He emphasized Iran will defend its sovereignty under all circumstances.

Hatami also confirmed that Iran’s nuclear facilities and technology cannot be destroyed. He added that the nation will protect its nuclear capabilities even if scientists or defenders are killed. The Army Chief underlined that Iran’s nuclear strength remains intact and operational.

The statement reflects rising tensions between Iran, the US, and Israel. Hatami warned that aggressive moves would jeopardize Israel’s security and the broader region. He urged restraint and warned against underestimating Iran’s defense capabilities.

Analysts say the warning signals Iran’s readiness to escalate if attacked. The Army Chief’s remarks aim to deter hostile actions while showing strength. International observers continue to monitor the situation closely as tensions remain high.
