CBD CEO reviews development progress at NSIT City

The Chief Executive Officer of Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), Imran Amin, visited CBD NSIT City, Pakistan’s first and largest IT city, to review the pace and quality of ongoing construction work at the landmark project.

During the detailed site inspection, the CEO CBD Punjab assessed progress on various development components and evaluated the standards being maintained across the project. A key focus of the visit was the inspection of finishing materials for the Public Realm. He thoroughly examined samples of tiles, granite, planters, streetlights, and pathway lighting to ensure that only premium-quality materials are utilized in line with international standards.

The visit was attended by Executive Director Technical Riaz Hussain, Director Architecture & Planning Sameer Aftab Sial, Director Construction Asif Babar, Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, Director Engineering Omar Hayat, Project Manager NSIT City Yasir Saifullah, along with other senior officials of CBD Punjab, NESPAK, and project contractors.

While reviewing the development works, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin emphasized the importance of delivering world-class infrastructure in accordance with the vision of the Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz. He directed the teams to ensure the use of top-quality materials, strict adherence to timelines and acceleration of construction activities without compromising on standards.

“CBD NSIT City represents the future of Pakistan’s IT-driven economy. We are committed to delivering a state-of-the-art urban ecosystem with world-class infrastructure, premium public spaces and smart facilities that align with the vision of the Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz” he stated.

CBD NSIT City continues to emerge as a transformative development, positioning Punjab as a leading destination for technology, innovation and investment.
