Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu has said that Pakistan Air Force delivered a decisive response to enemy aggression during “Marka-e-Haq,” claiming that the force demonstrated superiority from Srinagar to Bathinda.

Speaking at a ceremony marking the first anniversary of the operation at Air Headquarters Islamabad, the air chief said Pakistan responded strongly after what he described as unfounded allegations following the Pahalgam false flag incident. He stated that Pakistan had offered impartial investigations, but India proceeded with aggression instead.

He claimed that the Pakistan Air Force played a central role in countering the offensive, delivering a strong and coordinated response through air, electronic and cyber warfare capabilities. According to him, enemy air defence systems suffered significant damage during the conflict.

The air chief said that Pakistan’s “cyber warriors” disrupted hostile cyber networks, while Pakistani forces targeted multiple enemy installations in a short period of time. He further asserted that advanced enemy defence systems, including S-400 installations, were neutralised during the operation.

He also highlighted the role of modern warfare capabilities, including drones and electronic warfare systems, saying Pakistan demonstrated effective integration of multiple domains of combat. He claimed that enemy air force assets were severely impacted and described the response as a major operational success.

Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu said the Pakistan Air Force remains committed to defending the country’s airspace and continues to meet national expectations through professionalism and readiness. He credited national leadership and military coordination for enabling operational success.

He also praised the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, saying strategic direction played a key role in achieving objectives during the operation.
