During the meeting, Naqvi assured the provincial government that the Centre would extend all possible assistance to help maintain peace and tackle criminal activities. He also praised the Sindh government and law enforcement agencies for their recent operations against dacoits and criminal networks operating in the province’s riverine regions.

The interior minister commended the Sindh Police for its role in restoring law and order, highlighting the force’s professionalism, courage and determination while operating in difficult conditions. He said the successful actions against criminal elements reflected the commitment of security institutions to ensuring public safety.

The senior minister reaffirmed the Sindh government’s commitment to intensifying efforts against crime and strengthening law enforcement across the province. He said authorities would continue taking measures to eliminate criminal networks and create a safer environment for residents.

Both leaders agreed that stronger collaboration between the federation and Sindh would lead to more effective solutions for public issues and improve service delivery.
