PPP MPA Naeem Ahmed Kharal passes away

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MPA Naeem Ahmed Kharal passed away here on Sunday after protracted illness, his family sources confirmed.

Naeem Ahmed Kharal was elected on Sindh Assembly constituency PS-30 Khairpur in general election held in 2024. President Asif Ali Zardari, Sunday, expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the death of Naeem Kharal, a PPP member of the Sindh Assembly.

The president prayed for the high ranks of the departed soul in Jannah and for the bereaved family to bear the loss with fortitude, President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release. He further paid tribute to late Naeem’s political, social and public contributions.

The Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the passing of Pakistan Peoples Party leader and Member of the Sindh Assembly Naeem Ahmed Kharal. He said, “I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Naeem Ahmed Kharal’s passing away.”

The Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah said that the late Naeem Ahmed Kharal was a sincere, active and public-service-oriented leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party.

He said that through his political and social services Naeem Ahmed Kharl earned a distinguished place in the hearts of the people.

The Chief Minister said that the Pakistan Peoples Party has lost a sincere colleague and a people-friendly representative. Murad said that the Government of Sindh and the Pakistan Peoples Party will always remember the public and political services of the late Naeem Ahmed Kharal.

Sindh Minister for Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushr, Syed Riaz Hussain Shah Shirazi, has expressed profound sorrow and grief over the passing of Pakistan Peoples Party Member of the Sindh Assembly, Naim Kharl. In his condolence message, the Provincial Minister stated that Naim Kharl was a sincere, dedicated and people oriented political leader who rendered valuable services for the welfare of the people and the strengthening of democratic values. He said that his demise is a significant loss for the Pakistan Peoples Party as well as for the political and social landscape of Sindh. Syed Riaz Hussain Shah Shirazi paid tribute to the late legislator’s political, social and public services, noting that his commitment to the people, humility and spirit of public service would always be remembered. The Provincial Minister extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved family, friends, party workers and well-wishers. He prayed that Almighty Allah may grant eternal peace to the departed soul and bestow patience and strength upon the family to bear this irreparable loss.

Sindh Government spokesperson Sukhdev Hemnani, on Sunday has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Member of the Sindh Assembly, Naeem Kharal.

Sukhdev Hemnani said that Naeem Kharal was a committed, sincere and people-oriented political worker who remained steadfastly devoted to the vision and ideals of Pakistan Peoples Party throughout his political journey.

He said that the late MPA served the people of his constituency with dedication and worked tirelessly for their welfare, progress and uplift. His invaluable services to the Pakistan Peoples Party, the Sindh Assembly and the people of Sindh will always be remembered with respect and gratitude, he added.

Hemnani stated that Naeem Kharal’s demise was an irreparable loss for the Pakistan Peoples Party and the political landscape of Sindh. On behalf of Sindh Govt, Hemnani expressed heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family, friends, party workers and admirers.
